kanach.tv is an online streaming service for original TV shows and programs, operated by GreenWolf ("we", "us"), registered in the Republic of Armenia, tax ID 23348858, address Hanrapetutyan 61, Yerevan, Armenia.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use kanach.tv, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form) when you create an account.

Purchase data: the episodes, seasons or subscriptions you buy, the amount, date and transaction reference.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, used to keep the service secure and working.

Card payments are processed by our partner bank through its secure virtual POS (vPOS) payment page. Your card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC are entered directly on the bank's protected page and are never stored or seen by kanach.tv.

We only receive confirmation of whether the payment succeeded, together with a transaction reference and, where provided, a masked card number (for example **** 1234).

All payment data is transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption and handled according to PCI DSS card security standards, including 3-D Secure authentication where supported by your card issuer.

To create and manage your account and give you access to the content you paid for.

To process payments, issue receipts, handle refunds and prevent fraud.

To answer your questions and send important service messages.

To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: our partner bank and payment processor to complete transactions; hosting and technical providers who run the service on our behalf; and authorities when required by law.

We keep account data while your account is active. Transaction records are kept for the period required by the tax and accounting laws of the Republic of Armenia. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or limit how we use it, in line with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
